Music:

Films:
1. Clockwork Orange (Stanley Kubrick). à “I was feeling a bit shagged and fagged and fashed for it had been a night of some great energy expenditure.”
2. Sånger från andra våningen = ”Songs from the second floor” (Roy Andersson). à The film about everything.
3. Dancer in the Dark (von Trier)à I cried.
4. Festen (Winterberg) à What do you have to have if you can’t use any explosives? A good script.
5. Happiness (Todd Solontz) à A moral tester.
6. Magnolia à Ok, there is Tom Cruise but just deal with that fake bohemians. Especially the singing scene is historical.
7. Rambo: First Blood. à “They drew first blood.” Great argumentation for blowing up everything.
8. Spinal Tap. à I cried. These things actually happen.
9. Dead Man (Jim Jarmush). If I’d have to have sex with a man, it should happen with Johnny Depp. Of course if that’s alright with Mr. Depp.
10. Woody Allen movies. à Zelig, Deconstructing Harry, Men and Women for starters. Truly excellent scheisse
11. 2001. The Space Odyssey. (Stanley Kubrick) à Stanley really knew how to make the picture bigger than the screen.
12. Blade Runner. à The film itself isn’t nearly as good as it could be but the music, the music my friends, it is divine. It sounds like Vangelis is playing sky scraper sized synthesizers (although Yamaha CS 80 is a bit smaller).

I’m not good at finding interesting sites. Then again, I don’t have thick glasses like Erkki and Samuli. I’ve heard that you can even find pictures of naked people somewhere in the Internet but I just can’t believe that. It can’t be true. But anyway, since I love good sounds and expensive gadgets with many buttons my favourite site is www.gearslutz.com Check it out ladies! I know you wanna know what kind of a tube an original Telefunken U-47 microphone has!

Clavia Nord Stage
This is the stage piano that I'm using at the gigs and, yeah, must say that those guys in Sweden really know how to make keyboards!! Good job, definitely...I just love this instrument. Everything works splendidly. I especially love the sounds of Rhodes and Wurlitzer in the Nord. The Nord is also very practical to use in live situations.
Roland Juno 60 and 160
What can I say? Old, but what a great sound and quality! I've used the Juno 106 in every gig with the Crash and can always trust it to do a great job. I think the Juno 60 has better and slightly warmer sounds than the 106 and that's why I like to use it in studio. Maybe someday I'll take it for live gigs too…
Korg Triton
This is very basic tool in live situations. It doesn’t have that much specialty or personality about it, but the basic aspect is just what is needed on stage sometimes. The best thing about this instrument is that there is the sampler in it.
Bugari Accordions
I have three different sorts of accordion by Bugari. One of them is a traditional instrument, called "Golden Cassotto", then I have the concert model accordion (free bass), and, my favourite, a Bugari Musette accordion. It is this Musette that can be heard in the new version of Lauren. You can really feel the french mood with that…
